James founded 3Js+Z Studios in 2022 as a practice after being exposed to a number of complex residential and commercial projects in his experience at boutique firms in Sydney. James graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney, through the schools prestigious Bachelor, Honours, Master program in Architecture. James went on to study a Master of Property and Development to gain better understanding of the built environment. Currently, James is studying a Juris Doctor degree.

James combines his knowledge of architecture with his extended areas of study in property development, and law, to give clients the best understanding on the permissibility, and chance of approval in the design options provided.

James understands that projects are unique, and will strategically plan the best strategy for the best outcome.

James will be taking part in all projects engaged by 3Js+Z Studios.
